Flavor Profile:  The crisp fruits burst with natural, candy-sweet flavor.

 

Description:  produces very large quantities of 1" x 1 3/4", 1 oz., brilliant, jade-pink fruits that look like pullet eggs.  

 

Best uses:  often used in salads and salsas.

 

Grow Length:  about 70 days.

 

Soil & Planting requirements:  Full sun, plant likes a loamy garden soil amended with compost provides a perfect growing environment. Plant 18 to 26 inches apart.  Great for Lattices.

 

Best time to plant:  Spring

 

Plant height and width:  5 to 7 feet tall, 2 to 3 feet wide.
